Taking over the desktop
You can control the desktop directly at any time.
How to take control
- Click “Take Control” above the desktop viewer
- The desktop becomes interactive
- Use your mouse and keyboard normally
- The agent pauses while you are in control
Releasing control
Click “Release Control” to hand back to the agent.
